Our Journey

BeanFish started back in 2013 as the first Taiyaki food truck in the country. We began by serving at street fairs, business parks, and the Fremont Sunday Market. Thanks to the love and support from our community, we've grown from a food truck to a staple at the UWAJIMAYA FOOD HALL. We're proud to continue bringing the flavors and tradition of Taiyaki to Seattle.

Very delicious and located in a very good location as it was very clean and has enough tables and seats. There’s a maket and many other food stops next to each other like a restaurant marketplace. Very nice spot at Seattle’s Chinese town. They have A+ by the city code as I mentioned their place is very well organized and clean.

This place! It's a must on the tasty food trail of discovery. Savory and sweet options, and omg this was a totally hidden GEM , we will make a point to come back. Best food of the whole trip, Honey potatoes, Savory sandwich and this amazing desert . Please make the pilgrimage a short walk to the food court from the international District light rail stop. You won't be sorry
